I live in Arizona and traveled to Loves Park to care for my 102 yr old uncle, who needed to sell his home. Kassy was recommended by a friend who highly recommended her. My uncle, at this stage was not very cooperative (middle stages of dementia). Kassey was very polite. She spent the time and energy explaining things to him and was very patient as well as understanding. I was impressed with her aggressiveness on setting a price while researching comparables on a property that had unique features. Her knowledge of the market and advice with offers was right on. I really enjoyed working with Kassy. She was easy to understand, answered all my questions and concerns. We closed within 3 months. I was very grateful that the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Kassy and if I ever moved to the Midwest, she would be my go-to girl.

In 2024 I purchased an investment property in Rockford. I had the privilege of working with Kassey and Ed Lang. Kassey has been my family realtor in Illinois for many years for numerous properties. However, this was my first experience using her services. Kassey went above and beyond, arranging numerous showings of properties and ultimately helped me successfully negotiate the purchase of the property. I just wanted to share how pleased I was with her services, and I will be using her for all my Rockford real estate needs moving forward.

My wife, Rojean and I would like to complement both Kassey and Ed Lang for their services on our recent real estate transactions. We have used Ed and Kassey Lang for purchases and subsequent sales through your firm as we do like to flip homes in Rockford. A trustworthy real estate agent is of paramount importance to us as lifelong Rockford residents and we have maintained our relationship (and friendship) with Ed and Kassey Lang over the years as they are good people who offer their unbiased feedback on homes we are selling and/or purchasing as investments for remodeling and then resale. The other thing we want to say is that they are very thorough in analyzing the properties for defects and features that add long term value that we need to know to make our decisions informed.

My mother passed away in the late fall of 2023, and I contacted Ed and Kassey to discuss the possibility of listing her home. Since my sister was also involved, I wanted her to have the chance to meet Ed and Kassey before we made our final decision. We met at my mom's home on a Saturday morning for coffee. They spent a great deal of time talking to both of us, getting to know my sister, etc. When they left, my sister said, "wow, I can see why you want to use them." We promptly got everything moving, and they were extremely diligent in their preparatory work, so as to hopefully move the house quickly. I would say one day is very quickly!!! Amazing!! The team of Ed and Kassey is very unusual, as they both exude wonderful, caring personalities to everyone they meet. They make people feel very comfortable, which is a must with such an important task as selling a home. They are always prompt, caring, great listeners, and they handled some issues that came up, got them resolved before telling me about them. They were extremely aggressive in obtaining showings, and their follow-through was impeccable. It's so hard to find such a great team as the two of them. If one of them wasn't available, the other one handled it. Honestly, I tell everyone about them, because they did such a superb job for us. I was grieving, and they handled everything with the greatest of ease. My sister and I were still using mom's house until the closing date (12/26), and they went above and beyond by stopping by the house without our knowledge, dropping some amazing food items in the fridge for us for Christmas! You should be extremely proud to have them as part of the DN team!!!
